Case Overview

The Indiana Parole Board revoked my Parole for: Violating Rule #7 of the Parole Release Agreement by trafficking with another inmate.”

In the Notice of Disposition, you will see the boxes ‘New Conviction’ and ‘Admission of Violation’ checked as if I was convicted of a crime and admitted to it. This document is FALSE. I was never charged or convicted of a crime.

If you look at the beginning of the 2020 Parole Video you will hear me stating NOT GUILTY at the very beginning of the video. When looking at the Findings of Fact document it clearly shows me pleading Not Guilty to Rule #7 and it also displays false information about what was found in my phone and home.

So why would the Indiana Parole Board say I was convicted of a crime and admitted to the crime?
